On May 17, 2020, Fengxian District People's government and Shanghai Conservatory of music signed the strategic framework agreement of "campus cooperation" and the directional donation ceremony of Shanghai jiukeshu art foundation was held in the "experimental theater" of JiuKeShu future art center. Vice Mayor Chen Qun, Deputy Secretary-General Yu Lijuan of the municipal government, Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Wang Yu and other leaders attended the event. On behalf of DZUG, Chairman Yang Guoping donated and awarded the license to Shanghai jiuKesSu art foundation to support the development of education, art and culture in Shanghai and in Fengxian District.
In the ceremony, Fengxian District People's Government of Shanghai signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Conservatory of music.
