At 9:30 am on March 19, 2019, Fengxian Gas held a simple but grand listing ceremony in Fengran Building. Secretary of the district party committee Zhuang Mudi, district chief Hua Yuan, deputy district chief Lian Zhenghua, chairman of the Company Yang Guoping,and all commissions, offices and bureaus, main leaders of street towns and state-owned enterprises attended the ceremony.
At the listing ceremony, chairman Yang Guoping delivered a speech to Fengxian Gas on behalf of shareholder Dazhong Gas, and he said that the listing of Fengxian Gas on NEEQ is an important milestone in the development history of the Company. Subsequently, chairman Yang Guoping and district party secretary Zhuang Mudi, district chief Huayuan, deputy district chief Lian Zhenghua and other relevant leaders sounded the opening bell, to witness this historic moment.
The successful listing of Fengxian Gas marks it officially steps on the fast track of the capital market and becomes the first state-owned stock listed enterprise in Fengxian district, realizing the "zero breakthrough" of Fengxian state capital toward the capital market. At the new starting point, Fengxian gas will set foot in the research and development and manufacturing of new energy, gas equipment, safety facilities and a series of energy products, taking advantage of industrial advantages and promoting industrial upgrading, led by the urban pipeline natural gas business.
